Federal state educational standards contain requirements to results of realization of programs.

Results of realization of programs is a possession of pupils of certain knowledge and abilities.

Not any requirements are standards, but only such which can be checked up objective methods.

The purpose of given article – to set a typical example of biassed estimation of knowledge and abilities and the pupils, given out for the objective.

As an example the group of tasks on the mathematician "Gait" of international program PISA-2003 is chosen.

This example confirms the thesis that «Federal state educational standards» aren't standards. (The Australian Council for Educational Research – ACER).
